Yeah, you can upload photos on the myaccess account.
On the "my benefits" homepage, click the crimson link that says "upload and view my documents" then click the red "add together" button, input information, upload document, and then press add again. Make sure you striking save once you lot are done.

Yes hitting save after information technology shows its uploaded is critical took me awhile to grab that as ane might assume its uploaded successfully adept to go and assume save is just save progress to finish later

On the benefits folio there is absolutely no link for me? The website doesn't even work for me half the fourth dimension unfortunately.

I'g also having this same issue there is absolutely no where that says to upload whatever kind of document it just shows applications and gives information well-nigh your example zero nigh upload I don't know why they make this stuff so hard to do when it could all exist so simple why tell united states of america information technology'southward a way to do information technology without giving links walking people through information technology we already have to be on concur for over an hour (me right now) they really need to update everything to be simple

After existence on concur for about 2 i/ii hours I finally spoke to someone (and then from what I was told) I called the number asked them to explain how to upload the documents they had to reset my information considering apparently I wasn't logged in in awhile (idk either) but once I input the data I was told from the adult female I spoke to I got in an was instructed to reset my countersign after doing that it kicked me out to login over again with the new password and finally once I logged in information technology took me to a whole new screen that allowed me to not merely come across my info but upload my documents so my advice is equally long every bit the agree is just phone call and expect the entire fourth dimension til someone answers and ask them the same affair how to upload documents because this wasn't explained to me the first time plus I was at work but this time the adult female was and so nice and I was able to get everything fixed and uploaded

I figured this out with a snap rep. You have to login with your original username and password that you used for your very first case submission. The new merits that you file with a different username and password is not going to accept you to your account, information technology is going to only permit you to see you claim status and needed action, that is why there is no upload button. Your original business relationship has the selection where you upload documents ect. I was on concord for two hours and xxx minutes to find that out. If you don't know your OG username and Password you need to call the snap assistance help line (non the card line) and ask them to tell you lot your username and they will reset your password with a temp one after you lot answer your security questions. Update your temp password with a new one and wahlah. Upload your stuff
